It was about 5 years ago that they come forth into our experience to begin to deliver their message. Having come into a greater understanding of their message, it is now our desire as well as theirs, that this message is shared. What you are about to read is their message to you. )
It has come to our attention that so many of you struggle in the quest to master your emotions. It seems as though you just do not know what to do in order to feel better in what appears to be a world that has been taught to live in fear. So many of you seek the answer to this yet make little attempt to change how you are feeling on a daily basis. Some of you seek to feel better by seeking solutions that rest outside of yourself. You look to others to do or say something that will change your external world so that you then can feel better. This can not be so if you truly desire to feel better, if you truly desire to be happy, if you truly desire to become who you really are, if you truly desire to experience joy in all of its many expressions.
How badly do you want to feel better? Are you willing to listen? Do you realize that when you begin to feel better, all around you changes? When all around you changes, your world changes. So many of you deny what it is your truly feel, what you truly desire and opt instead to follow what others have determined for you. You stopped listening to yourself and instead you listen to what the “experts” are telling you. You are your own expert and you need no other.
We are not here to tell what to do but rather guide you in doing what you want to do. You only need guidance from us until you are able to guide yourself.
Your emotions are that guide. Your emotions always tell you what you need to know in order to be the happy, joyful beings you are despite what may be going on around you. All that is going on around you is a backdrop from which you can determine if you are experiencing the level of joy you desire to experience. If you are not experiencing the amount of love, joy and happiness you desire, it will show up for sure into what you call reality.
You can’t change what is going on around you without first changing yourself. We know what some of you must be thinking..”I have to change?” Well of course you do….is it not your happiness we are talking about here? If it is your happiness, then you are the only one who has the power to be happy. If you are not happy, it is not because of anything that is going on around you. It is because you are unhappy within yourself and what is going on around you is just letting you know that.
So many of you live in fear. Anytime you experience what you call a negative emotion, you are in fear. When you are in fear, you tend to blame that feeling on what you think is the cause. Yet, it is no more than your guidance system letting you know that you are not allowing the universal energy of love to be expressed through you if the form of desire.
To master your emotions, there is no need to judge what you are experiencing in comparison to what others are experiencing. You only need to be concerned with what you are experiencing. How much love, joy and happiness are you experiencing? How much do you want to experience? How do you want to experience it? That is all you need to be concerned about.
While this may seem selfish to you, it really isn’t. We shall explain. How can you bring peace into your world if you yourself do not feel peaceful? To bring peace into the world, you have to give peace to the world. How can you give something you yourself do not feel? Peace has what you call a vibration to it. If you do not feel peace, then you are not sending out this vibration. You can’t look at what is going on around you, be angry about the fact that there is no peace and then expect to bring peace by fighting against what it is you do not like and are angry about. If you are selfish enough to desire peace with in yourself first, if you feel that peace first, then you are able to radiate that out into the world. Your actions would then be based in peace and not in anger. So we ask you, is that really being selfish?
So many of you want to make your world a better place for those around you. To do this you must make your part, your piece, your life better first then you can share that with those around you. If you want to feed the poor, you can’t do so feeling there is lack of food, that there is not enough food for all. You can not be fearful of the experience of others who lack food. What you are doing is looking at those who lack food, and fear it as if you were the one lacking the food. Then you try to solve the problem but you are doing so out of fear. You are doing so to make yourself feel better. Yet you don’t feel better. So you try harder, try something else and even become angry because not enough is being done.
To master your emotions is your personal journey first. You allow the universal energy of joy to enter into your reality, to be expressed as you desire, to be experienced as you desire. When you do this and only when you do this, then the things going on around you will begin to change.
To master your emotions so that you express the universal energy of joy, you must first learn to act in love, to express love in the form of your desires. If you love to do something, then do it. It is that simple. What clouds it is your fear as expressed and experienced through your negative emotions. Many of you act as if it is not possible to have what you want and if you did have all that you wanted then you are being greedy and selfish. Do you not realize that there is more than enough for all? There is enough for everybody on your planet to have everything that they want and then some and still there would be no lack of anything.
To master your emotions you need to give yourself permission to LIVE! There is nothing to be fearful about. You no longer need to hide behind your fears. Negative emotions are just your way of bringing your fears out into your reality so that you can see them. There is no need to hide from your fears, deny what you are feeling, repress what you are feeling and otherwise act the fool cause of what others are doing.
Your task if you are up to it is to change one negative emotion you currently experience. To do this, ask yourself what desire do I have that I am not allowing myself to experience.

What Your Emotions Are Really Telling You.
There is more to your emotions than you may realize. Emotions are a matter of perspective and perception as they both play a role in what your emotions are telling you. Have you heard of the story of the glass half empty vs half full? One person looks at a glass that is filled to the half way point and sees it as half empty while another sees it has half full. Your perception of your emotions is based on whether you judge a certain emotion as good or bad. So how you view something and what you feel about it is effected your perception and perspective.
Our emotions do, however provide us with an opportunity to experience what we call "Feelback". Feelback is information provided to you through experiencing your emotions. Your Feelback is effected by your perception and perspective, how you view and judge something. As an example, how do you view your current financial situation? Do you see it as good? Then more than likely you will experience a positive emotion about them. Do you see it as bad? Then more than likely you will experience a negative emotion about them.
Feelback tells you where you are at in relation to where you want to be. It also tells you where you are at in relation to what you are desiring to manifest. Feelback also tells what your Creation Set Point is. Creation Set Point is the point from which you are creating and your emotions are your guide as to whether you are creating from a point that will lead you to what you desire.
Feelback is your own internal navigational system that is always guiding you to where you want to be, you want to have and want to do. It also tells you when you are not going in the direction that will lead you to what you desire. Once you understand how feelback works in your life, you will always without exception know your direction.
When you start to pay attention or become aware of your emotions you will begin to experience feelback. All emotions can be broken down into 2 categories: Positive (love based) - those that feel good and Negative (fear based) - those that do not feel good. When you experience Positive feelback then you are heading in the direction of manifesting what you desire, where you want to be and you have a positive creation set point. When you experience Negative feelback then you are heading away from what you desire, have moved away from where you want to be and have a negative creation set point.
How you feel about something is very important. If you feel a negative emotion about your current financial situation, what is this telling you? It is telling you that you have moved away from where you want to be, that you have moved away from creating your desire, that you are creating more financial situations that you do not want and that you have a creation set point that is based in fear. Having a negative creation set point means that through the Law of Attraction you will also attract experiences into your life that reflect the lower vibrational level of the negative emotion you are experiencing. So if you are irritated with your current financial situation this irritation will also express itself through other experiences in your life. You may notice that you are irritated with traffic, your friends, co-workers. It is very easy to slip into blame at this point and see "the others" as the cause of your irritation but it is really your irritation being reflected back at you. This is your Feelback as experienced through your emotions.
If you feel positive about your current financial situation, then you are heading in the direction that will lead you to the manifestation of your desire, that you are heading in the direction of where you want to be and that your creation set point is positive. A positive creation set point means that through the Law of attraction you will also attract experiences into your life that reflect the higher vibration of of the positive emotion you are experiencing. If you are hopeful about your financial situation you will be attracting opportunities to improve your situation. You will also notice that others around you reflect back more positive feelings towards you. Overall you notice that you are feeling pretty good.
Most of us experience a range of emotions. Your overall creation set point is based on the predominate vibrational level you have. When you stay in a state of overall negative emotions, then your Creation Set Point is based in negativity. If you only experience negative emotions briefly and move through it into a more positive place, the buffer of time it takes to create will ensure you have not created from a negative creation set point. If you overall you stay in a state of positive emotions then your creation set point is positive and experience through the range of positive, good feeling emotions and that is reflected back at you through the Law of Attraction.
As you go through your day start to pay attention,observe how you are feeling. Make note of it. Start to observe how you are feeling about things in your life as example, your health, job, career, family, relationships etc. Start to work with your feelback as you observe your emotions. Ask yourself, what is this telling me about me. Ask yourself is this a reflection of who I am, where I want to be or who I want to be? Notice your reaction to experiences as they occur. How are you reacting to them? Is it a positive emotion or a negative emotion? Write your reactions down. Observe when you have a negative reaction how long does it last? You will also notice that the longer you focus and think about something negative the worse you begin to feel and that the more you focus and think about something positive the better you feel. These are all ways of helping you begin to pay attention to your emotions and learn what your feelback is telling you. What a wonderful gift we have been given!
