This is an explanation of how to use the posted slide presentation for the Emotional Guidance System Exercise. Get a piece of paper and number 1-10 on it. As you view the slides write down your first reaction, do not think about it, just write whatever comes to mind.
After you view all the slides you will notice that you will have a positive reaction to some slides and a negative reaction to others. This exercise shows you how you react to what you see and your reaction is based in your perception of what you view as a positive or a negative.
Once you have completed this exercise, read the comment section of this post for a further understanding of this exercise. Reading the comment before you complete the exercise will not give you an accurate experience of this exercise.

When you have a negative reaction to something you see, you are sending those vibrations out into the universe and they are reflected back to you in a similar manner. If you shift your perspective to one that is more positive then you will send positive vibrations out into the universe and that will be reflected back to you in a similar manner.
So now got back to the slides you had a negative reaction to and try to shift your perspective to one that is more positive. You do this by changing your thoughts to one that is either less negative or one that is more positive.
This is how changing your thoughts can change your reality. By doing this you bring yourself closer to expressing who you really are.
